Is Pigeon Khaos free to download?

Yes, Pigeon Khaos is free to download from the Apple App Store. Create an account, follow your golf buddies, and start organizing games right away.

How does the Pigeon system work?

You start as a Duffer. When you follow other golfers and they follow you back, you both become Pigeons. Only Pigeons can be invited to games, keeping the app clean and preventing spam invitations.

Can I track live golf scores with Pigeon Khaos?

Yes! Pigeon Khaos features real-time live scoring. One player can score for the group, and everyone can follow live scoreboards, standings, and Bait (side bet) results as they unfold.

What are Baits in Pigeon Khaos?

Baits are side bets you can propose during golf games. Create 1v1, 2v2, or team games with customizable handicaps. Track everything with live scoring and see results in real-time.

Is Pigeon Khaos available on Android?

Currently, Pigeon Khaos is available on iOS (iPhone and iPad) through the Apple App Store. Android support is planned for future releases.

End User License Agreement (EULA) | Pigeon Khaos

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("End User" or "you") and Pigeon Khaos ("Licensor", "we", "us", or "our") for the use of the Pigeon Khaos mobile application ("Licensed Application" or "App"), available on the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android).

By downloading, installing, or using the Licensed Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the App.

This EULA supplements Apple's standard End User License Agreement, which can be found at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. In the event of any conflict between this EULA and Apple's standard EULA, Apple's standard EULA shall prevail for iOS users.

1. Scope of License

Licensor grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Licensed Application strictly in accordance with this EULA and the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions or Google Play Terms of Service, as applicable.

You may not share or make the Licensed Application available to third parties, unless permitted by the Usage Rules.
You may not reverse engineer, translate, disassemble, integrate, decompile, remove, modify, combine, create derivative works of, or adapt the Licensed Application.
You may not copy (excluding when expressly authorized by this license and the Usage Rules) the Licensed Application.

Violations of the obligations mentioned above may be subject to prosecution and damages.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 17 years of age to download, install, and use the Licensed Application. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age of 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the App.

3. User Account

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User-Generated Content

The App allows you to create, upload, and share content including but not limited to profile information, golf scores, event details, and messages ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it through the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

You agree not to submit User Content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates this EULA or is otherwise inappropriate, at our sole discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
Impersonate any person or entity;
Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers;
Transmit spam, chain letters, or unsolicited communications;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts;
Use the App for any illegal gambling or wagering activities;
Harvest or collect user data without consent;
Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the App.

6. Intellectual Property

The Licensed Application, including but not limited to its design, graphics, text, images, logos, icons, and software, is the property of Pigeon Khaos and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content in the App without our prior written consent.

7. Subscriptions and Payments (In-App Purchases)

7.1 Billing and Renewal

The App may offer monthly or yearly subscriptions ("Subscription") that grant access to premium features. Subscription pricing is displayed within the App and on the respective app store before purchase.

Payment Processor: Subscriptions are billed directly by and processed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or the Google Play Store (Android). We do not process or store your payment card details.
Automatic Renewal: All Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You agree that your account will be charged the renewal fee within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

7.2 Cancellation

You must cancel your subscription directly through the respective platform where the purchase was made:

For iOS Purchases: Cancellation must be handled through your Apple ID Subscription settings. We cannot process cancellations on your behalf.
For Android Purchases: Cancellation must be handled through your Google Play Subscription settings. We cannot process cancellations on your behalf.

7.3 Refunds

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store are subject to the refund policies of those platforms.

General Policy: Pigeon Khaos does not process refunds for in-app purchases. All refund requests must be directed to and handled by the platform (Apple or Google) that processed the original transaction.
Apple App Store: All sales are final. Apple's policy generally prohibits refunds unless required by law.
Google Play Store: Refunds are subject to Google's policies and may, in some cases, be processed by us if requested by Google.

8. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, you may use the premium features at no charge for the duration of the trial period. At the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE LICENSED APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Licensor warrants that the Licensed Application is free of spyware, trojan horses, viruses, or any other malware at the time of your download. Licensor warrants that the Licensed Application works as described in the documentation.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PIGEON KHAOS, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE LICENSED APPLICATION, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

11. Maintenance and Support

The Licensor is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the Licensed Application. You may reach the Licensor via email at support@pigeonkhaos.com. Apple and Google have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application.

12. Product Claims

The Licensor and the End User acknowledge that the Licensor, not Apple or Google, is responsible for addressing any claims of the End User or any third party relating to the Licensed Application or the End User's possession and/or use of that Licensed Application, including but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the Licensed Application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.

13. Third-Party Intellectual Property Claims

The Licensor and the End User acknowledge that, in the event of any third party claim that the Licensed Application or the End User's possession and use of that Licensed Application infringes on such third party's intellectual property rights, the Licensor, not Apple or Google, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.

14. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. We may also terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Licensed Application and delete all copies from your devices. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription fees already paid.

15. Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a US Government embargo, or that has been designated by the US Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

16. Third-Party Terms of Agreement

You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the Licensed Application, including your wireless data service agreement.

17. Third-Party Beneficiary

The Licensor and you acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof. Similarly, where applicable, Google and its subsidiaries may enforce terms relevant to the Google Play Store distribution.

18. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Solano County, California, United States for the resolution of any disputes.

19. Changes to This EULA

We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised EULA.
