2. Purpose

Pigeon Khaos is a golf social gaming platform designed to help golfers organize games, manage groups, set tee times, track live scoring, and connect with fellow golfers. We also serve as a directory connecting golfers with golf courses throughout the United States.

We are not professional golf instructors, course designers, or golf experts. While we aim to offer helpful information, it's essential to consult with qualified professionals for specific advice related to golf instruction, course selection, or any other golf-related matters.

Your Content must be your own and must not be invading any third-party's rights. Pigeon Khaos reserves the right to remove any of Your Content from this Website at any time without notice.

7. Subscriptions and Payments (In-App Purchases)

7.1 Billing and Renewal

The Service may offer monthly or yearly subscriptions ("Subscription") that grant access to premium features. Subscription pricing is displayed within the App and on the respective app store before purchase.

• Payment Processor: Subscriptions are billed directly by and processed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or the Google Play Store (Android). We do not process or store your payment card details.
• Automatic Renewal: All Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You agree that your account will be charged the renewal fee within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

7.2 Cancellation

You must cancel your subscription directly through the respective platform where the purchase was made:

• For iOS Purchases: Cancellation must be handled through your Apple ID Subscription settings. We cannot process cancellations on your behalf.
• For Android Purchases: Cancellation must be handled through your Google Play Subscription settings. We cannot process cancellations on your behalf.

7.3 Refunds

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store are subject to the refund policies of those platforms.

• General Policy: Pigeon Khaos does not process refunds for in-app purchases. All refund requests must be directed to and handled by the platform (Apple or Google) that processed the original transaction.
• Apple App Store: All sales are final. Apple's policy generally prohibits refunds unless required by law.
• Google Play Store: Refunds are subject to Google's policies and may, in some cases, be processed by us if requested by Google.

8. No Warranties

This Website and the App are provided "as is," with all faults, and Pigeon Khaos expresses no representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Website, the App, or the materials contained therein. Also, nothing contained on this Website shall be interpreted as advising you.

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information displayed on our site. Pigeon Khaos is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the content or for any decisions you make based on the information provided. Verify all details with the golf course directly.

9. Affiliate Relationships

13. Complaints and Retractions

Pigeon Khaos is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and End User License Agreement (EULA), constitute the entire agreement between Pigeon Khaos and you in relation to your use of the Service, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Solano County, California, United States for the resolution of any disputes.
